Autumn 2022 was all about networking. We worked hard on how you communicate within SYRAKUS and how you manage your contacts. Here are the updates in detail.
News with Foresight
Communication is key in event planning. With the new News Scheduling, you can now pre-plan your messages. You write the article today and set when it should be automatically published. Thanks to the new WYSIWYG Editor, your news posts will also look professional – including formatting and images.
Contact Relations and Archiving
Contacts are often linked to each other – be it through organizations or personal relationships. You can now map these relations directly in the Contact Module. We also introduced the Archiving Function: contacts you aren’t currently working with can be archived instead of completely deleted. This preserves all historical data while keeping your list clean.
More Personal with Profile Photos
A face to a name makes collaboration easier. You can now upload profile photos for your contacts. This creates a more personal atmosphere in the management interface.
Event Overview: New and Upcoming
To ensure you never miss an important date, we’ve introduced new event cards for “Upcoming” and “Latest” events. They provide the most important information about your upcoming events at a glance.
