Integrated News System
Forget messenger groups or endless email chains. With the new News System, organizers can publish important information directly in the Community Portal. Whether it’s last-minute changes, briefings, or words of thanks after the event – your crew will find everything in one central place.
Extended Profiles & Safety
Safety comes first. Volunteers can now store important additional information directly in their profile:
- Emergency Contacts: So that the right people can be informed immediately in an emergency.
- Dietary Preferences: Whether vegetarian, vegan, or allergies – the catering team knows.
Everything at a Glance: Event Filters and Detailed Views
The new event list and detailed shift views make it easy for the crew to find their way around. You can immediately see which zone you are assigned to and who your teammates are. This strengthens cohesion and efficiency on-site.
