Modern Notification System
Communication is key. That’s why we’ve fundamentally redesigned our notification system and moved it to a new technological base (Novu). What this means for you:
- Reliability: Notifications now arrive even faster and more reliably.
- Differentiation: We now distinguish more precisely between admin and user notifications, so everyone only receives the information relevant to them.
- In-App Center: In the Community Portal, you will now find a clear notification bell that shows you all the news directly.
More Control in Shift Planning
Plans change – and Syrakus adapts. With the new Cancel Shift function, you can now react more flexibly to program changes without having to delete data. The history is preserved, but the shift is clearly marked as canceled.
Improved Overview for Admins
The admin dashboard and assignment lists have received an update. With the new Active Filter for assignments, you can see at a glance who is currently scheduled. This saves time searching and helps you focus on what’s important.
UI Optimizations
We’ve tweaked the user interface in many places. The assignment tables are now even clearer and offer improved interaction options so you can manage your crew even faster.
